Employee of the Quarter
We are very proud to announce that Mrs. Leslie Pruett is our first 2020 Quarterly Recipient of our (CQSA) Customer Quality Service Award.
Leslie is a (19) year veteran of our office and her part time county service goes back as far as 1982 during high school. We were very fortunate to have Leslie return to our county family in 2013 where she was nothing short of a great fit to be our deputy clerk for our delinquent property tax collections division. Leslie plays a very large role in the day to day dynamics of a vast amount of responsibilities that go along with managing accounts that have a lot of moving parts and that is putting it very lightly!!
Her smile is her best business card and she is a natural with people. Leslie’s positive level of engagement with our citizens and her office family is the standard that so many aspire to. Her ability to work with families that are most often not in the best set of circumstances is where Leslie is in her element. She is a “Dandy” and that has just about been the common denominator with any of our staff who have been the recipient of this award.
Our (CQSA) is voted on entirely by our line staff deputies and our supervisors only!! Our office a year or so ago instituted measures to check and document customer service satisfaction and these are the only (2) criteria that play a role in our (CQSA) program. And for those (2) very reasons we are always delighted to see just how close the voting is every quarter and how much the public has been involved in positive feedback about our staff and our office operations.
